(1) Kande tähendus on tööstusomandi seaduse, rahvusvaheliste kokkulepete või nende alusel kehtestatud õigusaktidega määratud andmetel, mis iseloomustavad tööstusomandi eseme suhtes õiguste tekkimist, muutumist ja lõppemist, sellega seotud menetlus- ja registritoiminguid ning nimetatud toiminguid kajastavaid dokumente.
