(1) Kinnisasja võib koormata selliselt, et kinnisasja igakordne omanik peab tasuma isikule, kelle kasuks reaalkoormatis on seatud, perioodilisi makseid rahas või natuuras või tegema teatud tegusid. (2) Reaalkoormatist võib seada ka teise kinnisasja igakordse omaniku kasuks.
