Trans-European cooperation scheme for higher education between Central and Eastern Europe, the Newly Independent States of the former Soviet Union as well as Mongolia, and the European Union, aastast osaleb selles ka Eesti koos Läti, Leedu ja Albaaniaga. Programm hõlmab nii õppekavade arendamist ja ühtlustamist kui ka üliõpilaste ja õppejõudude vahetust ("mobility").
