1) toetus – käesoleva seaduse §-s 1 nimetatud rakenduskava või Interregi programmi rahastava fondi vahend, ja kui see on meetme või Interregi programmi eelarves ette nähtud, siis Eesti riigi poolt nende kaasrahastamiseks sihtotstarbeliselt eraldatav rahaline vahend;
defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
